Spivey Building, East Saint Louis Aug 2007
Here is a video from the Spivey Building in downtown East Saint Louis. A crew of us went up on a self guided tour. Towards the end is an interview with Michael Allen, of eco-absence.org about the history of the building and also the first annual East Side Peach Toss.

This is very interesting! I am very shocked to see that someone other than The Cohn organization was interested in The Spivey Bldg. I am curious to know more about what is going on now with that building.
