Thinking of migrating and more video content
So I am thinking of migrating my blog. I am being lazy about it. I really need to do it. About 15% of my archives are unable to be found through the links on the sidebar and for the life of me I can't figure it out. My rss feed is brokey broke. And there are other advantages to moving to wordpress, but it will take time.
And I am going to lose my comments if I migrate. And I love comments. There tend to spikes of interesting comments from time to time. I think access to archives trump archiving comments, but alas, change is good. I guess I will get around to it.
Oh the problems in my life. I am telling you. I am working on a project for after the MTV gig ends after the election that is content related. It is still evolving, but I am looking forward to not having this particular deadline.

You can borrow my Wordpress for Dummies book. It works.
You most certainly should migrate. When I built this site, didn't think the same back end would be in place 4 years later. A WordPress migration is fairly simple, but comments will be lost, as well as a temporary hit in PageRank. Bite the bullet and do it sooner rather than later.
